JOHN E. EVANS
John Evans was born July 17, 1938 in Reading, Pennsylvania. He served as an officer in the United States Navy from 1960-1971. After finishing his Naval service, John became a Lecturer and Assistant Professor of Law at the University of North Carolina. In 1971, John joined the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division, where he served as a trial attorney until 1975. Since then, John has been practicing law in Louisville, Kentucky where he is an active community leader.
