THOMAS J.B. HURST

Tom concentrates his law practice in the areas of corporate law, secured lending, and real estate finance and development and has represented numerous owners of small and closely held corporations and limited liability companies on a variety of issues, including creation and operation of the entity, buy/sell agreements, and succession planning.  Additionally, he has worked with numerous financial institutions and real estate developers in structuring, documenting, and closing complex real estate financing transaction.   Mr. Hurst is a member of several civic and social organizations and is currently serving on the board of directors of the Epilepsy Foundation of Kentuckiana.

Mr. Hurst lives in Oldham County with his wife Joanne and daughter Anna, and enjoys digital photography, reading, and attending horse shows in his free time.
