Hite Nally is a trial attorney with more than 35 years of experience litigating an extensive variety of cases, primarily in the area of insurance defense with a concentration in premises liability and automobile and truck accident cases.  Hite’s extensive experience has gained him notoriety as one of Kentucky’s preeminent premises liability specialists.  Hite also uses his extensive experience to represent victims in select personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Prior to joining Weber Rose, Mr. Nally served as local manager of GAB Robins, Inc., a national insurance adjusting company.  He has given lectures to workers of Louisville's Emergency Medical Services and various premises liability seminars. Mr. Nally is a former Boy Scout troop leader and a former member of the board of directors of the YMCA
